CPC Civils attended the Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair at a packed first direct arena, with nearly 13,781 people present. The event provided a chance for the company to promote its apprenticeship opportunities.

Described as the ‘largest apprenticeship recruitment fair in the north of England’ by Inclusive Growth Leeds, the annual event connects businesses with young talent. CPC Civils used this opportunity to showcase their projects and highlight career paths in the construction and civil engineering industries.

A team of six professionals, including a Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager, and Social Value Advisor, were at the stand to offer advice. Visitors could speak directly with industry experts about available apprenticeship roles and what skills are needed to succeed.

The CPC Civils stand was busy throughout the day, with many visitors completing their applications on the spot. Those who couldn’t apply right away were encouraged to submit their applications online later by scanning a QR code from the stand or the application form.

CPC Civils thanked everyone who visited the stand and showed interest in the apprenticeship opportunities. The company looks forward to reviewing the applications and hopes to welcome new apprentices to CPC Civils soon.
